Beaumont Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Centers offer a truly exceptional level of care — a dynamic blend of physical, occupational, speech, rehabilitative, and social services designed to help residents achieve their optimal level of independence as quickly as possible.

Short-Term Stays: Post-Acute Program
Some residents enter Beaumont on a short-term basis to recover from an acute illness, surgery or injury after a hospital stay. Short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and comprehensive support services are provided by our highly trained staff. The goal of our Post-Acute Program is to help the individual more fully recover so they may return to their home.

Extended Stays: Restorative Care Program
Through our Restorative Care Program, we provide the same quality of care for residents requiring an extended stay. This program provides the proper balance of restorative therapies, support services, and activities to ensure that our residents maintain fulfilling and dignified lives.

Alzheimer’s and Related Disorders: The Tapestry Program
Beaumont also offers The Tapestry Program, designed specifically for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. The program seeks to preserve self-esteem, maximize independence, and enhance the personal satisfaction of all residents through innovative living areas, individualized assessment, and specialized care.

Rooms
Beaumont Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Centers offer modern private and semi-private rooms designed for safety and comfort. Fully accessible bathrooms, an emergency response system, therapeutic beds, and other furnishings complete every room. Residents may enhance their rooms with a favorite piece of furniture, artwork, or photographs from home. These personal touches help add to our residents’ sense of security, enjoyment, and peace of mind.

Resident Care Assessment Team
At Beaumont, families are a critical part of the quality care equation. We encourage families to help create customized programs of care.

Our multi-disciplinary Resident Care Assessment Team works closely with residents, their families, and physicians in developing a truly customized care plan that challenges each resident to reach his or her greatest potential at a comfortable, manageable pace. The plan is continually monitored and adjusted through frequent meetings and informal discussions among members of the resident care team.

The importance of teamwork is equally evident in the relationships we’ve built with health networks and local hospitals.
